Effective Date: December 12, 2025
These Report Purchase and License Terms (the "Transaction Terms") govern each purchase, redemption, or download of a neighborhood inspection report (each, a "Report") through the Neighborhood Inspection platform (the "Platform"). These Transaction Terms apply in addition to, and are incorporated by reference into, the Partner Access Agreement between you and K010S Enterprises, LLC ("Owner").
By completing a purchase, redeeming a credit, or downloading a Report, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Transaction Terms.
Each Report purchase or credit redemption applies solely to a single, identified property. A separate transaction is required for each property.
Upon completion of a transaction, Owner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and distribute the Report relating to the identified property to a single end recipient, as permitted under the Inspector Access Agreement. The license granted for each Report is limited to use in connection with a single identified property and a single end recipient, and may not be reused, redistributed, or repurposed for any other property or recipient.
Payment for a Report is due at the time of transaction. Payment may be made by direct purchase or by redemption of prepaid credits, bundles, or other prepayment mechanisms made available by Owner from time to time. Redemption of a credit constitutes payment for the applicable transaction.
All Report purchases and credit redemptions are final and non-refundable, including in cases of incorrect address entry, client non-use, or subsequent changes in circumstances.
Reports are provided for informational purposes only. Reports do not constitute home inspections, commercial inspections, appraisals, legal advice, investment advice, or determinations of property condition or suitability. You acknowledge that you and any end recipient remain solely responsible for any decisions made based on the Report.
You may not modify, alter, or selectively excerpt a Report in a manner that misrepresents its contents or implies conclusions not expressly stated. Reports may not be used for underwriting, lending, insurance pricing, zoning compliance, or litigation purposes.
Completion of a purchase, redemption of a credit, or download of a Report constitutes acceptance of these Transaction Terms.
